Returns & Exchanges

Return Period

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, credit may be provided.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please email support@yourdreamwork.com and be sure to Include the order number and reason for return in your communication.

Return Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, include clear photos of the damaged or defective item.

Refund Processing Times

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for products that have been used or written in. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Our team will inspect returned items to verify that they are in new and unused condition. Products that show signs of use or have been written in are not eligible for return.

Order Processing Times

Orders are processed and shipped 3-5 business days after the order is placed. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for delivery. Please note that we are not responsible for items marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, but not received. 

Changes To This Return Policy

Dream Work Consulting & Counseling PPLC reserves the right to modify, update, or change this return policy at any time without prior notice.

Any modifications to the return policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the responsibility of the customer to review the return policy periodically for any changes.

By continuing to make purchases from DreamWork Consulting & Counseling, PLLC, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms of the most recent version of the return policy.
